GOLDEN RETRIEVER KENNEL IN LUXEMBOURG

We are a family-run Golden Retriever kennel located in Luxembourg, officially registered with the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI) since January 2025 under the name “Milu’s Charming Star”. We are members of the Retriever Club Luxembourg (RCL) and the Centrale du Chien de Chasse (CCC). We regularly attend seminars on dog breeding and training and study professional literature on the subject.

Our goal is to raise beautiful, healthy, and well-balanced Golden Retriever puppies with FCI pedigree. Our dogs live with us in the house, and our puppies will grow up in a loving home environment.

How My Love for Dogs Began

I have loved animals since I was little. Some people prefer dogs, others cats – but I always loved them all: dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, hamsters... well, just about any creature. Of course, there were some exceptions – like the geese on my grandparents' farm that sometimes gave me quite a nip. But I have always loved dogs and cats.



My dream of having my own dog came true when I was ten and we got Betynka – a mix of a white German spitz and a Maltese pinscher. Originally, I wanted a wolf or at least a German shepherd, but Betynka was absolutely amazing. We shared many beautiful moments together, and I still remember her with love.

As a child, I read many books about animals. I loved books by James Herriot, such as It Shouldn't Happen to a Vet, was moved by the story Lassie Come-Home by Eric Knight, and went on adventures in books like White Fang and The Call of the Wild by Jack London, and others. I was fascinated by their world and longed to be part of it.

For a long time, I had to give up on my dream – I studied and lived in Prague, and at that time, I couldn't afford a dog because of a lack of time. But when we had children and the situation changed, I began looking for the right breed. The choice was clear: the Golden Retriever. Why did we choose Golden Retrievers? They are beautiful, intelligent, and gentle dogs with a kind and loving nature.

In 2020, Benny came to us, and three years later, Aylin. Both are from the breeding station of Sylvia Hauser from Austria – and I am very grateful to her for all the support, help, and advice regarding breeding and caring for these exceptional dogs. Thanks to them, I decided to dedicate myself to breeding.
